Order Online

How can I pay for my order?

Payment options: Canada credit card, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, or American Express, provided your card was issued in Canada. In-store you can also use cash, of course!

Can I cancel/add an order or an item?

The order may be cancelled for a full refund if it do not shipped out yet. Once your order is processed, there would be 30% restocking fee to an order. Please call our Customer Service 416-498-6767 to process a cancellation or get a confirmation.

Due to slow email/offline message reply, your order may processed before gets help. Order cancellation or edit may will be failed. 

Why was my order cancelled?

Incorrect shipping information

First, double check the shipping address you have entered on the order. Sometimes it can be easy to miss something as small as an apartment or suite number or maybe just one digit off on the postal code. Use a piece of current mail to help you validate that the address was entered correctly.

Incorrect billing information

As with your shipping information, it's important to make sure that the billing information you enter is exactly what your bank has on file. Take a moment to compare the address to your bank's records to ensure everything is accurate.

Rejection of Orders

Certain orders may be rejected prior to acceptance, or cancelled after acceptance. Some examples are:

• Inaccurate product pricing;
• limited quantities available for sale or sold

About shopping cart

Shopping cart is at top right side. It is a blue bag

You can modify an item in your Shopping Cart:

  • To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update.
  • To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click Delete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) and PayPal payments.

How do I know whether my order completed?

Usually once order completed, you will get an order number and an email confirmation. If you do not get both, and we charged your money, please directly contact our customer service to check.

Is there a delivery charge?

Flat Rate $5.99 Per Order. Free Shipping to Ontario & Quebec for Over $49 order.

Flat Rate $ 8.99 Per Order. Free Shipping to other Provinces (Excluding Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador)

for Over $49 order, to Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador Free Shipping starts at $150.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Do you refund shipping charges and Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)?

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be defective. Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded when the item is determined to be defective.

How do I return my order?

To request a return please contact us directly by call 416-498-6767 or email to cs@ezselection.ca and provide the following information:

  • Order number & product description
  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date product was received by customer
  • Condition of product
  • Condition of packaging
  • Reason for return

In the return package, please make sure to include:

  • Original packaging
  • Any product accessories
  • Manuals/warranty cards
